When was the last time you paid for a “gift?”

If it cost you anything… even a penny, it wouldn’t be a “gift” would it?

Paul, who at one time hated Jesus and actually wanted to kill Christians also wrote this amazing statement; “By grace are you saved, through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the GIFT of God, not of works…” ~ Ephesians 2:8-9

There it is again, the “GIFT of God is eternal life”.  It’s not what you do, it’s what God did for you.

Remember, you cannot earn a “gift” so you cannot “earn” your way to heaven.
